Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, except for FINAL SALE items, you have 30 days from the date on your receipt to request a full refund of the purchased price.

Returns will only be accepted, if the items are in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags, and are returned with the invoice.
Currently, we are not offering refunds from online purchases to our brick & mortar stores. All merchandise purchased through ellaplusfashion.com must be returned directly to ellaplusfashion.com for return.
All merchandise purchased in store must be returned to a store for exchange or return.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
For BOGO promotions(Buy one get one), if you return the full priced item the discount applied to the other item will be deducted from the original priced item and that is what would be refunded to you. If the discounted item is returned the price paid for that item would be what you get refunded.
Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 Business Days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a Return/Exchange. Please email support@ellaplusfashion.com for assistance.)
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer service support team (support@ellaplusfashion.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the ellaplusfashion.com packing slip which arrived with your package.
When shipping your items back to us for a return, please allow 7-8 business days from when your return is received and processed by us for your refund to be credited to your account.
You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you, but we strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number (such as: UPS, Fed Ex or certain kinds of USPS services like “USPS Tracking”) to ensure your return arrives safely to us.
We are not responsible for lost packages.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; personal care goods (such as beauty products), bodysuits, masks, or accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges due to our rapidly changing store inventory.
We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
