When will my order be ready for pick up?

Orders are typically ready the same day but can be the next day. Please check your email

for a confirmation that your order is ready for pick up.
 

When do I receive my order?

We offer the choice between 2 shipping speeds

First Class (5-7 business days)

Priority (2-3 business days)

We try to ship items as soon as possible please keep in mind that this does not include weekends or holidays.

 

When do I receive a tracking number?

We typically ship depending on the shipping method you purchased

First Class Shipping can take 1-3 business days to receive tracking info

Priority Shipping is typically worked the Same day or next business day if placed after store hours, cut off time or weekends.

Please keep in mind if you choose (store pick up) as your shipping option the order will not be shipped.

If you need your item shipped please email us at support@ellaplusfashion.com along with your order number.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once order is placed we cannot cancel for money back, Change payment options, apply any codes, or make any adjustments we can however change sizes etc. If you would like to cancel email us at support @ellaplusfashion.com and we will issue you a store credit.

 

I forgot to add a discount code at a checkout can I add it after?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes after order is placed.

 

I received an incorrect item what should I do?

Please email us to support@ellaplusfashion.com along with your order number and which items you received we will mail you a label to return incorrect items as soon as we receive the incorrect item we will ship out the correct item. 

 

Why did I receive a refund?

Unfortunately sometimes our website delays in updating stock although we do our part the system doesn't update in time we are currently working on finding a solution.

If an item is out of stock you will receive an automated refund confirmation and an email explaining shortly after notifying you which item was out of stock.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Please note we also cancel orders with different shipping & billing addresses if the card holders info was not entered in the comment section at checkout. we will try to reach out via email but if there is no response we will have to cancel the order.
